This page is designed to help platform owners, admins, and integration teams understand how things work before going live.
General
Gamblly is a premium casino games aggregation platform and API provider. We offer a unified API to integrate thousands of games from top providers, along with sports betting odds and risk management tools, into your gambling platform.
Our services are designed for licensed operators, white-label platforms, and gambling startups looking to scale their game offerings quickly. We work with businesses of all sizes, from new entrants to established market leaders.
Gamblly gives you a single integration layer for casino content, provider management, reporting support, wallet flow options, account-level controls, and operational tools such as balance handling, provider enable or disable management, and back-office visibility for your team.
Technical Integration
With our unified API, integration can be completed in as little as 1-2 weeks. We provide comprehensive documentation, SDKs, and dedicated technical support to ensure a smooth process.
Yes, we support seamless wallet integration, allowing for real-time balance updates and transactions. We also offer transfer wallet options if preferred.
In seamless wallet mode, your platform keeps the player balance and Gamblly communicates with your system in real time for balance, debit, and credit actions. In transfer wallet mode, funds are moved into the game wallet before play and returned back when the player exits. The right choice depends on your product flow and accounting preference.
Yes. We provide a staging environment so your team can test launch flow, balance actions, callbacks, provider access, game loading, and edge cases before production activation. This helps your developers and operations team confirm everything is working as expected.
In most cases you need a domain or callback URL, technical contact person, preferred wallet mode, supported currencies, and a clear decision on whether you want production only or staging plus production access. Once these basics are ready, integration becomes much faster and smoother.

Settlements are automated and can be configured to your preferred schedule (weekly, monthly). We offer flexible settlement options in both fiat and crypto to ensure timely payments.
If your GGR balance is running low, your team may receive alerts so you can top up on time and avoid service interruption. This helps operators keep API access active and avoid unnecessary downtime caused by insufficient working balance.
GGR & Billing
GGR duration means the settlement window used to review bet and win activity before your GGR amount is calculated. Depending on your account setup, this can be instant, daily, weekly, 10-day, 14-day, monthly, or a custom cycle. It helps define when results are grouped and when charges are applied.
GGR is generally charged when your platform has a positive result for the selected calculation cycle. If your users win more than they bet during that cycle, the platform is at a loss and no positive GGR should be billed for that segment. Final billing logic depends on the provider rate and your configured plan.
Yes. Some providers can have custom Asia or ROW rates, and some may follow your account-level percentage depending on the commercial setup. This is why your quotation sheet and configured provider rules are important before you go live.
Yes. Gamblly supports transaction visibility and reporting exports so your team can keep records for audit, finance, reconciliation, and support review. We always recommend storing exported report files in your internal archive for future reference.
Games & Providers
Our portfolio includes over 16,500+ games from 140+ top-tier providers like Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, PG Soft, and many more. We constantly update our library with new releases.
Yes, you have full control over which providers and games are enabled on your platform through our back-office dashboard. You can curate the content to match your target audience.
Yes. Providers can be enabled, disabled, or managed from the back-office according to your commercial plan, market focus, or operational preference. This gives your team flexibility to keep only the providers you actually want to offer.
New providers and games are usually added through the catalog and provider management workflow. Existing settings should stay protected, while new content is synced into the database and then reviewed or enabled by your team according to your internal process.
Account & Security
Domain whitelist helps control where your API launch flow and platform traffic are allowed from. It adds an extra layer of operational safety and helps make sure your configured account is being used only from approved domains.
If your API key is changed, your integration team should immediately update the new value in the correct environment. Any service still using the old key can fail authentication, so secure internal coordination is important whenever credentials are rotated.
Yes. Verified email addresses can be used for important account communication such as verification, profile-level updates, transaction exports, low balance alerts, and other operational notices based on your account activity and enabled flows.
Support
First review the transaction details, provider name, player account, currency, and time range. If anything still looks incorrect, contact Gamblly support with the relevant IDs, screenshots, and timeline so the issue can be investigated quickly and accurately.
You can contact our team through the official Gamblly support page. When possible, include your account details, provider name, environment, and a short summary of the issue so we can assist you faster and with better accuracy.
